Summit Information

AUTM and WIPO are organizing the 2025 International Knowledge/Technology Transfer Leadership Summit, hosted in Bangkok, Thailand on 17-18 November.  This year’s think-tank is composed of senior knowledge/technology transfer (K/TT) professionals from associations around the globe.

To allow for small group discussions covering a diversity of opinions, this is an invitation-only event with  1–3 representatives per country.

7:30  — Depart from Centara Grand by van to Wat Yannawa Pier.​

8:00 — Cruise along the Chao Phraya River, passing Wat Arun, Grand Palace, and other landmarks.​

8:20 — Visit the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) and the Grand Palace.​

10:00 — Explore Wat Pho and its Reclining Buddha.​

11:30 — Cruise along the Chao Phraya River towards Si Phraya Pier.​

12:00 — Enjoy Thai lunch at a restaurant 

13:00 — Indulge in River City Bangkok, a vibrant riverside hub for contemporary art, antiques, and cultural exhibitions.
14:00 — Return to Centara Grand by van

14:30 — Arrive back at Centara Grand, CentralWorld.

11:00 — Learn the history of Soi Texas / Yaowarat and try unique dark soy sauce ice cream.

11:20 — Tuk Tuk ride passing Pak Khlong Talat (Flower Market).

12:00 — Visit Sirirat dessert shop for traditional Thai sweets.

12:20 — Climb Wat Saket (Golden Mount) for panoramic city views.

13:00 — Lunch at Krua Apsorn, a Michelin-awarded restaurant (must-try: Crab Omelet, Lotus Stem Yellow Curry).

14:00 — Refresh with Thai-style drinks before returning.

Centara Grand at CentralWorld 

Attendees are not required to book specific accommodations, however the organizers have secured a small block of hotel rooms at the Centara Grand at CentralWorld with a discounted rate of 5,600 THB. The summit will take place in this hotel.
